AQUAMARINE DIP DYE

Turning a year older and still having bleached the hell out of my hair made me go "Heck, why not" when looking at some left-over dye in the bathroom from when I went grey. It took some trying and hoping that Im guessing right on how long to leave the colour in so it will have a nice fade to it, but just 40 minutes later I was super happy with the outcome.

NEW CITY MAGAZINE

Two weeks ago City Magazine asked me if I wanna do a photoshooting and an interview for the may issue. Well do I?! The shooting was much fun, the model great and Im quiet happy with it as a whole. So, here it is, yours truly on the front of the new City Magazine that came out today. I promise I was also smiling on many pictures, but they clearly didnt make the magazine ;). Gonna try to take some pictures from the fashion spread and post them later this week. Have a nice wknd everyone!

JUST FOUND

Just found a picture online, taken by japanese furniture designer Megumi Ito. Designer Cecilia Granlund & me grabing some quick fast food during Sthlm Fashion Week. Good times.

KOSTYM n°2 - THE VIDEO

On october 23rd, 2011, four fashion designers from Umeå, Sweden, participated in the runway show "Kostym". The designers were JohannaN, Sara Burkhard, Frida Fahlström and Emma Bohlin&Malin Marteliusson.

Preview of a new one-off geometrical winterjacket! Leather(ette)! Metal details! New brand-tags! Gonna be sooo incredible cozy as well, since its lined with organic pure wool.

The prototypes for the "FASHION MADE IN ... UMEÅ" shirts have just arrived & look hot & are soon gonna be up in the online shop! Already got some pre-orders in, sweet! Im telling you they gonna sell out like hot chocolate on a minus 28 degrees day. (Yes, it is cold in the north right now and I wanna have hot chocolate!)

ONE STEP AT A TIME

Yesterday I got to do a big presentation of my company for a panel of experts from the financial and creative sector. Was quite nervous beforehand if they would kinda `get´ my stuff and idea, but it went better than I could have hoped for. But yesterday was a intense day so today Im chilling at the office with my snuggly wolf, following up on those contacts and tips I got yesterday.

Got a sweet new pair of glasses from E&E, a company located in Umeå. I got to choose free, so I went for their model "Boden" (named after a cold little village in the north of Sweden). Uuunfortunately the color graduation between the black and the see-through is not a as sharp as on the pictures on the webstore and somehow the "E" is missing. But otherwise pretty dope! Thanks!

SPACE DONUT

The last time I tired of my hair I started bleaching the hell out of it. So to fight the urge to do that again or cut it off or something I try out different dos. Today is hair-donut-in-outer-space day. First I wanted to go and buy a hair donut in town, but they all went for 150kr+, so instead I made one using a DIY tutorial. Works like a charm.
